1:1 Coaching FAQs

It takes 21 days to create a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle, so to ensure you obtain sustainable mindset changes, we would work together for 2-3 months depending on which package you choose. You get to decide the frequency. This timeframe does not including breaks and vacations, because rest is non negotiable for you and I.

Financial: You can make a one-time payment or three split payments, based on which package you choose.
Time: You should anticipate spending 2 hours weekly, biweekly, or monthly investing in your personal growth to include our session times and any corresponding post session action items

My coaching is one of challenge and support, I challenge the limiting beliefs and thought patterns you hold while supporting the human and body holding them. I am a trauma informed and solution focused coach, so my approach is to help clients recognize patterns, discover the source of the patterns, and then find solutions.

You will engage in a clarity call with me to see if we are good fit for one another. After you will complete your coaching agreement and invoice, followed by a welcome packet with all the information needed for your program including access to a client portal.
