Dr. Tamara Thomas!

Tamara is a trauma-informed life and leadership coach who works with Black women to reimagine our definitions of self, success, relationship, and alignment.

Tamara also works with organizations and businesses looking to create sustainable work cultures that truly value Black women for who they are, not just for what they can do.

She carries more than eight years experience in coaching, crisis intervention, healing, justice and equity work. Tamara also holds a Doctorate from George Washington University with a focus on human development and healing experiences of Black women.
